TERMS
Rules for the journey.
These are the essential rules for enjoying Rongowa and its adventures.
Use
Rongowa is a Shikomori learning game intended for ages 10 and up. Downloaded adventures work offline; network features depend on a connection and service availability.
Accounts and duels
Ages 10–14 use guest solo play. Creating an online account independently currently requires the 15-plus age band. Duel invitations are shared outside Rongowa; there is no public directory or open chat.
Rongowa Plus
Rongowa Plus is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription that removes ads while the entitlement is active. Adventures, progress and duels remain available for free. Purchases are limited to eligible accounts and are not offered to minors.
Price, renewal and cancellation
The price, currency, period and any taxes shown by Apple or Google at confirmation are authoritative. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in the store or Customer Center. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains active until the expiry shown by the store.
Restore and refunds
Restore purchases checks purchases associated with the store account and the identified Rongowa account. Refund requests and billing decisions are handled by the relevant store. Deleting a Rongowa account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Content and availability
A word can remain available without audio. Online features, purchases and entitlement synchronisation depend on a connection and the availability of the relevant services.
